There are significant advantages small clubs gain by becomes a member of the SCA. We are still a young and new group, so the process of forming these benefits will grow in value and benefits with numbers. Here are some benefits our members will gain as we grow:

• Strategic Knowledge
  Access to strategies revealed in our regular meetings on how to thrive as a small club.  High-level collaboration with other Directors and Leaders of clubs in the community can help position your club to thrive within its local community.
  Be in the know by being in our leadership forum where all club leaders collaborate on a regular basis to identify growth opportunities, threats, and keys to success.

• Educational Content
  Share articles, stories, facts with your organization improving retention of coaches and soccer families.
  
• Partner & Support Events 
  Access to events such as College Showcase tournaments. Promote and increase attendance from supportive SCA partners.
  
• Economies of Scale
  Often associated with larger organizations, however, through the neutral SCA membership we can all partner together to leverage Economies of Scale and gain buying power. This can have a powerful impact in reducing costs on shared resources yet still remain independent organizations.
